An exclusive dining experience in Copenhagen

Since we opened Abigail in 2024 in a former hat shop on Nørregade in Copenhagen, we have experienced an overwhelming interest from our guests. Now the success is being repeated, and from the beginning of March, guests can book a table for an evening out of the ordinary. It’s not just a meal, but an experience that’s on the menu.

Paint yourself and intimate settings

We love to experiment, and one of our signature dishes, ‘paint your own tuna’, allows guests to put their own stamp on the tasting experience. Painting flavors like wasabi or dandelion directly onto a piece of Mediterranean bluefin tuna is an interactive experience that engages the senses in a whole new way. With only 24 guests per evening, we ensure an exclusive and intimate experience where we can treat our guests to innovative and tasty food.

Perfect food and wine pairing

At Norrlyst, gastronomy and wine go hand in hand, and with Oasis Wine Bar as part of our universe, we can offer an impressive wine list with more than 20 pages of carefully selected wines. Our sommeliers make sure that every dish on the menu has the perfect accompaniment in the glass to complete the tasting experience.
