Our history
Norrlyst began with a simple ambition: to make truly great food experiences something you can have - every day.
What started as one small Nordic-inspired restaurant in Copenhagen has today become the Norrlyst Group; a collection of 16+ restaurants and concepts, each with their own expression and pace.
From humble beginnings to Michelin recognition, our journey is based on one fundamental principle: creating experiences that bring people together around a table.
