In the middle of old Christianshavn – where the cobblestones creak underfoot and the canals sparkle in the city lights – stands Lille Mølle. A listed Dutch mill from the 17th century, today transformed into one of Copenhagen’s most intimate fine dining destinations.
Christoffer Sørensen.
Christoffer Sørensen is one of the most prominent Nordic chefs of his generation and received the 2021 Michelin Young Chef Award for his talent. With a background from Restaurant Studio, Alberto K and Dragsholm Castle, he has developed a signature that combines the raw poetry of nature with modern precision.
