Restaurant Udtryk is about expressing yourself without limitations and dogma. Behind this unique concept is head chef Edward Lee, who previously had his own critically acclaimed restaurant Gaijin and was assistant chef at the 3-star Michelin restaurant Jordnær, together with restaurant manager Regitze Maria Jensen.
Together they create an experience where the precision of Asian cuisine meets Nordic creativity. All with the finest ingredients in focus. The ambition is clear: We aim for the stars and the top of international gastronomy, to give you our version of gastronomy and experience in cohesion.
The menu at Udtryk is a living narrative
Every evening is unique and carefully designed to create memories that last a lifetime. In order to give our guests the best experience, the price at Udtryk is higher than at our other restaurants – we have created a holistic experience that is not just about food, but also presence, quality and a special atmosphere that fills the entire evening.
At Udtryk, each dish is presented personally by the chefs, creating an intimate and authentic experience. The restaurant is designed as an intimate space where you can relax and immerse yourself in a creative universe filled with taste, art and empathy.
The restaurant is decorated by renowned multi-artist Bjørn Magnussen.
Bjørn Magnussen has created unique works especially for Udtryk that beautifully complement the atmosphere. His art helps make the visit special and emphasizes our creative and free approach.
