At SUKAIBA Copenhagen we have created a 4-course menu that can be booked through our table reservation. It all begins with the raw ingredient - we serve beef marked with SASHI, a quality stamp for premium meat from the EU, graded from A to AAA. SASHI means marbling, and the meat is full of flavour with a texture you notice from the very first bite.
