A summer pop-up in historic surroundings where food becomes a game and the seasons set the agenda.

From May 15 and throughout the summer, Norrlyst invites you into an informal universe where fresh ingredients, craftsmanship and curiosity go hand in hand. It’s all about taste, presence and an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

Pop-up Menu

Norrlyst - Sommer på Volden is a pop-up restaurant with a focus on micro-seasons, fresh ingredients and an accessible dining experience for everyone.

The evening menu changes over two seasons: first a celebration of vegetables in collaboration with Søren Wiuff, then a tribute to the sea with help from Fiskerikajen.
