Norrlyst - Sommer på Volden is a pop-up restaurant with a focus on micro-seasons, fresh ingredients and an accessible dining experience for everyone.
The evening menu changes over two seasons: first a celebration of vegetables in collaboration with Søren Wiuff, then a tribute to the sea with help from Fiskerikajen.
