Christoffer in Lille Mølle was never intended to be the end goal.

On the contrary – it’s the beginning of something that is slowly emerging beneath the surface.

After a summer filled with play, micro-seasonal ingredients and guests with an appetite for the simple and honest, Christoffer Sørensen is taking the next step.

Behind the scenes, Christoffer is working on a new restaurant that will open at the end of 2025.

A place where Christoffer’s many years of craftsmanship and intuition are allowed to fully unfold.
