We begin each day with a simple question: What is the very best we can serve tonight?

Our menu is built around this pursuit.

Guided by an omakase philosophy, each evening is a curated experience – composed dish by dish, based on the freshest and most exceptional ingredients we can find.

Fish that landed this morning. Herbs picked in the early light. A cut of meat aged to perfection. Sometimes rare. Always purposeful.

Menu

We offer a vegetarian and pescetarian menu upon request, and we are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions to the best of our ability.

Please note, however, that not all dietary needs can be met, such as gluten- and lactose-free menus. However, we can offer a gluten-reduced menu.

We kindly ask that any such information is confirmed with us at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

Wine

Due to a fire at Udtryk, we have had to temporarily close the restaurant until the end of July / beginning of August.

We are incredibly sad about the situation, but grateful that everyone is safe. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
