We have teamed up with one of Denmark’s most recognized wine suppliers to offer an unforgettable evening with everything your heart desires.

Erik Sørensen has tailored an exclusive wine menu consisting of eight glasses of wine to accompany Gabrielle’s eight sublime dishes. This is an evening where a plethora of French culinary treasures will be presented with accompanying wines carefully selected to complement every bite.

On the evening, Michael Oxvang, wine expert, will stop by and go in-depth on each wine and why they are interesting for each serving.
