Restaurant Gabrielle is an authentic French bistro located on Vestergade in the heart of Copenhagen. There is a strong emphasis on the use of quality ingredients and the menu is created with a focus on highlighting the fresh flavors of the season. The restaurant strives to maintain a strong link between traditional French norms and the more nuanced and modern trends that have emerged in recent years, guaranteeing an exquisite taste experience.

At Restaurant Gabrielle, the use of good local produce is an important part of the kitchen philosophy. Chef Simon Slott is always on the lookout for the best ingredients, and there is a strong emphasis on using seasonal produce.

The restaurant attaches great importance to choosing suppliers that prioritize animal welfare. One example is SpisMinGris, where responsibility and quality go hand in hand, which supplies the meat to the restaurant. When it comes to greenery, we source most of it from local producers, including Kiselgården, which is just a short drive from the restaurant. It prioritizes fresh seasonal flavors and nature’s own influence on the product. In addition, the goodness of the sea comes from the Fishermen’s Quay, where it is gently caught and delivered fresh every day.

At Gabrielle, you can create your own dining experience with your own favorites from the a la carte menu, but if you’d rather not have to choose, we also offer a chef-created menu, carefully crafted to highlight fresh and local ingredients. In both cases, there will be plenty of opportunity to choose wines that have been carefully selected to match and complement our dishes.
