Our French cuisine
For dinner, we serve both modern French cuisine with a focus on the best seasonal ingredients, but also a selection of the good classics as you know them from the charming side streets of Paris. At Gabrielle, you can create your own dining experience with your own favorites from the a la carte menu, but if you’d rather not have to choose, we also offer a chef-created menu, carefully crafted to highlight fresh and local ingredients. In both cases, there will be plenty of opportunity to choose wines that have been carefully selected to match and complement our dishes.
After dinner, you can enjoy a avec or a classic French digestif to round off an excellent dining experience.
