At Restaurant Norrlyst, we interpret classic Danish open sandwich cuisine in a modern form – with attention to quality, seasonality and craftsmanship.
Our open sandwiches are based on seasonal ingredients and inspired by the Nordic nature around us. We prioritize good Danish ingredients and collaborate with selected suppliers of meat, vegetables and fish who share our focus on quality and decency.
