When you book Gabrielle exclusively, you get the perfect setting for larger parties, where presence, good food and good atmosphere are at the center. The restaurant seats up to 55 guests and is suitable for everything from birthdays and anniversaries to corporate events, customer dinners and private celebrations.

Gabrielle is known for its warm atmosphere, vibrant hospitality and focus on seasonal ingredients. When the restaurant is reserved for your party, you can enjoy the experience at your own pace, while we make sure that food, wine and service work together from start to finish.

Private Dining in Slyngelstuen

Gathering family, friends or colleagues for a special lunch or dinner in a more private setting? At Gabrielle, you can book Slyngelstuen, our cozy private dining room, where you get a room to yourself without compromising on the vibrant atmosphere that characterizes Gabrielle.

The Slyngelstuen is ideal for smaller parties of 8-12 people. Here you sit undisturbed in your own room while we make sure that lunch or dinner goes exactly as you wish.

When you book Slyngelstuen, you will be assigned your own waiter. We’ll be happy to help you find the wines that best match the food and your preferences. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the company.

The best part of it all? It doesn’t cost extra to book Slyngelstuen. You get your own private dining room and personalized service as part of the experience. To book Slyngelstuen, the entire party must choose our full evening menu. Please note that gift certificates and other offers cannot be used when booking Slyngelstuen.

The rogue’s lounge is located a few steps up from the restaurant and the toilet facilities are shared with the restaurant’s other guests.

wheelchair friendly

As Gabrielle is located on the 1st floor, the restaurant is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Companies and time limit

At Gabrielle, you are considered a party when there are more than seven guests. For parties, we ask you to pre-order a menu and drinks and inform us of any allergies and dietary preferences to ensure that your visit goes according to plan. The same menu must be chosen by the entire party – subject to allergies and dietary preferences.

Parties over seven people can arrive at the following times:

Lunch: 12.00 or 14.30
– When booking at 12.00 you have the table for 2 hours.
– If you book at 14:30, you have the table until 16:00.
– If you want an all-day lunch, e.g. from 12:00 to 15:30, we ask for a minimum spend of DKK 690 per person.

Evening: 17.00, 17.30, 18.00, 19.30, 20.00 or 20.30
– When booking at 17.00, 17.30 or 18.00 you have the table for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
– If you book after 19:30, you have the table for the rest of the evening.
– If you want a full evening booking, e.g. from 18:00 to closing time, we ask for a minimum spend of DKK 1,070 per person.

We ask for a small deposit of DKK 100 per person. This is because we hire staff and order ingredients for your visit. The amount will be deducted from the bill on the evening.

Private settings:
For a more intimate experience, we offer our wine room, located a few steps above the restaurant. It can be booked for parties of 8-12 guests. We ask that you order the full lunch or dinner menu.

Allergens and dietary preferences

For party reservations, we ask the entire party to choose our set lunch or dinner menu to ensure the best possible experience for you all. Of course, we always take allergens and special dietary requirements into account.

We would like to have your final menu selection no later than 7 days before your visit. For reservations with shorter notice, we ask for the information as soon as possible.

Pre-ordering also applies if a vegetarian menu or main course upgrade is required.
